Club Terms
Club Terms version: 2026-09-20.1
Membership is free
It gives you an account and a member pass for the door. Buying from the store doesn't make you a member, and you don't need to be one to buy — orders run under our store and booking terms.
Your pass
It identifies you at the door and isn't transferable — a pass that has been shared or forwarded may be refused. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
Ending it
Delete your account from the Account tab and your membership ends immediately; any order you have already placed is unaffected. We may end a membership ourselves if someone puts other people, our staff or the venue at risk, or misuses a pass, and we will say why where we reasonably can.
If we change these terms
We will email you with reasonable notice before the change takes effect. If you would rather not continue, delete your account before then, at no cost. We record which version you agreed to when you joined.
Your information
Covered by our Privacy Policy. Marketing emails are a separate choice you can change at any time, never a condition of membership.
