Bookings
Booking requests submitted via this site are inquiries. They do not reserve availability, set a fee, or create a confirmed booking. We will follow up before any booking is confirmed and its applicable commercial terms are accepted.
Store and checkout
Store purchases are separate from booking inquiries and are processed through Stripe Embedded Checkout. Before a live order is accepted, the checkout must show the product details, applicable tax treatment, delivery or pickup option and charge, and final total before payment.
The final payment control is supplied by Stripe. Its Portuguese wording and the express acknowledgement of any payment obligation still require verification in the deployed checkout.
Delivery, returns, guarantee and support
The current implementation does not yet publish complete pickup, shipping, delivery timing, withdrawal, returns/refunds, statutory guarantee, complaints, or RAL terms. These rules require owner confirmation, Portuguese/EU legal review, and verification against the live checkout and order-support workflow before they can be presented as final customer terms.
The official electronic Livro de Reclamações remains available. The applicable complaint authority, monitored support route, and RAL entity for MrBeans still require confirmation and are not claimed here.
Approval and order records
A final version must identify the trader and customer-support route, preserve the exact terms and checkout details associated with each order, and provide a durable order confirmation. The current page does not claim that those requirements are complete.
