Who we are

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to reply to booking requests, create and operate Club accounts, issue and validate Club passes, process store orders, provide customer support, meet legal obligations, and keep our services secure. This can include your contact details, account details, booking or order details, delivery details where needed, and pass or access records.

We use information because you ask us to take steps toward, or perform, a service or purchase; because the law requires us to keep certain records; because we need to protect the venue and services; or, for optional marketing, because you have chosen to opt in. Marketing is separate from Club terms and this notice, and you can withdraw that choice at any time by emailing us.

Service providers

We use services such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for website infrastructure and page-speed measurement, Stripe for checkout and payments, Resend for account emails, and CTT when an order is sent by post. They receive only the information needed for the service they provide. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, we use the safeguards required by applicable law.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including running an active account or order, handling a request, keeping services secure, or meeting legal, accounting, and tax obligations. We then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can also delete your Club account. Account deletion does not remove information we must keep for a legal obligation or a live order, return, or dispute. To make a request, email us at mrbeansporto@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data-protection authority, CNPD.

Cookies and third-party content

We use technical cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the site. To see how quickly our public pages load, we also use Vercel Speed Insights. It sets no cookies, and it records load times with the page address, browser, device type, and country, without linking them to you. Third-party content, such as Instagram, may use its own cookies or collect information under its own privacy policy. Where optional technologies require consent, we will provide the applicable choice before using them.

Updates to this notice

We may update this notice when our services or the law changes. The version at the top of this page shows when the current notice was published. Where a material update affects Club members, we may ask them to acknowledge the current notice before they continue using their Club pass.
